Established in 2003, Total Family Solutions is a therapist-owned and operated provider dedicated to supporting children, adults, couples, and families in achieving meaningful growth and well-being. We believe that every individual has unique strengths, and with proper guidance and support, they can overcome challenges and thrive.
Our services are individually developed to meet the specific needs of each client and are implemented in accordance with a personalized plan of care. Utilizing a short-term, solution-focused approach, we provide adult-, child-, and family-centered care that emphasizes strengths, resilience, and positive outcomes.
As a New Jersey Medicaid Approved Provider, Total Family Solutions also accepts select private insurances, ensuring our high-quality behavioral and mental health services are accessible to a broad range of families. Mathias O, PMHNP-BC
Mathias is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) (A cross the lifespan) licensed in the State of New Jersey. He earned post Master Certification in Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (A cross lifespan) from Fairleigh Dickson University, New Jersey. He has Master Degree in Nursing Education with honors from University of Phoenix, Arizona. Bachelor Degree in Nursing Science from New Jersey City University, New Jersey. Associate Degree in Nursing with honors from Essex county College, New Jersey
Christian B., LSW
Christian is a Licensed Social Worker (LSW). He earned his Master’s Degree in Social Work from Rutgers University. Before that, Christian earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Child Welfare, and a minor in Africana Studies from Stockton University. Christian has worked with children, adolescents, and adults in individual and group settings to address a number of issues, including but not limited to depression and anxiety. Christian formally worked with agencies that are connected to and provide care through the New Jersey Children’s System of Care, and prior to joining the Total Family Solutions team, he worked as a school social worker in an elementary school. Christian uses a strengths-based and person-centered approach to develop a strong therapeutic alliance with clients, as well as mindfulness, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques to manage, process, and cope with life’s stressors.
Tia B, LSW
Tia is a graduate of Montclair State University with a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and Rutgers University with a Master’s in Social Work. She believes in the importance of individualizing treatment to address the specific needs of each client. Her approach uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy primarily, borrowing interventions and philosophies from DBT, Mindfulness, and Interpersonal Therapy where it would benefit clients the most. Tia looks forward to expanding her knowledge and experience, and empowering clients to live their best quality of life. Tia believes in utilizing client’s own strengths and interests to help explore and accomplish their goals. Outside of the office, she enjoys reading, art, creative writing, and videos games.
Angie E, Intern
Angie is a clinical intern and a graduate student at Montclair State University, where she is pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with a concentration in children and adolescents. She earned her bachelor's degree in Neuroscience and Behavior from Rutgers University. Angie has experience working with children and families through her current role as a behavior technician at an ABA company. She believes in approaching clients with compassion and empathy, creating an environment where they feel understood. Angie is Bilingual (English/Spanish speaking) and outside of her academic and clinical work, she enjoys listening to music and watching tv shows.
Paola E, LAC
Paola Eusebio is a Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor. She received her master's in clinical Mental Health from New Jersey City University and is a proud Afro-Latina. Paola is passionate about creating a supportive and affirming space where clients can grow into the best version of themselves. She believes therapy should be empowering and is committed to reducing the stigma around mental health through compassionate care and psychoeducation. With extensive experience working with children and adolescents, Paola specializes in supporting individuals navigating ADHD, trauma, depression, and anxiety. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness, tailoring each session to meet her clients' unique needs with empathy and evidence-based strategies.
Kristen P., LAC
Kristen is a Licensed Associate Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor. She received her Masters degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from Rutgers University in their Clinical Mental Health Counseling Track. Kristen has been able to work with individuals, groups, and families throughout her time in Higher level of care settings. She has experience with adults and teens entering and/or continuing their treatment for diagnoses ranging from Depression and Anxiety to Bipolar and substance use disorders. Kristen strives to provide a person-centered treatment and amotivational atmosphere that promotes healing and furthering her clients’ recovery. She utilizes an integrative approach to providing tools dependent on client’s needs and wants. Kristen is also a big advocate for self-care and its many forms.
Sara M., LAC
Sara is a Licensed Associate Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor who earned her degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rutgers University. During her internship at Total Family Solutions, she worked with children, teens, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and ADHD. Sara specializes in working with children, teens, and young adults, with a particular focus on helping clients manage anxiety and navigate life’s obstacles using cognitive behavioral therapy techniques. She takes a warm, person-centered approach and believes in tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs, challenges, and goals. By fostering a supportive and collaborative environment, Sara helps clients feel safe, understood, and empowered in their healing journey. In her free time, Sara enjoys going on nature walks and catching up on her favorite shows.
Keana R., Intern
Keana is a clinical intern currently pursuing her Master's degree in Clinical Psychology with a Forensic concentration at Montclair State University. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Forensic Psychology from Kean University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. Keana is passionate about fostering a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment for all individuals. Her therapeutic approach emphasizes active listening, validation, and person-centered care, allowing clients to feel heard, empowered, and respected throughout their journey. In her free time, Keana enjoys reading, watching television, and exploring her creativity through photography.
Lisa S, LCSW.
As a therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, Lisa’s areas of specialization include adolescent issues, as well as treating adult survivors of sexual abuse and rape victims. Trained in a myriad of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma-Informed Interventions, Solution-Focused Techniques and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Skills, Lisa is proficient in addressing issues including depression, anxiety, family discord and adolescent specific issues such as stress related to academic underachievement and social/peer conflict.
Jazmine T., LSW
Jazmine is a first-generation Latinx Licensed Social Worker with a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a Minor In Sociology from Kean University. Jazmine specializes in helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ identity, neurodivergence (such as ADHD and autism), and the unique challenges and strengths of first-generation, second-generation, and third-generation individuals and their communities. Jazmine is dedicated to creating a warm, welcoming space for LGBTQ+, BIPOC, and immigrant communities to feel seen and supported.
While Jazmine utilizes Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, they are not limited to these modalities. Jazmine draws from a variety of approaches to best meet each client’s needs and empower them to explore their identity, heal from past experiences, and build strength for the future. Outside of therapy, Jazmine enjoys spending time with family/friends, playing video games, going to concerts, and caring for their pets. These activities are an important part of Jazmine’s own self-care, and they bring that same focus on balance and well-being into their work with clients.
Marc P., intern
Marc is a dedicated Master of Social Work intern from Rutgers University. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Advocacy from Montclair State University. His passion for working with children began in his teenage years through volunteer work with various youth programs. Marc has experience fostering inclusive environments for children with and without disabilities, and he currently serves as the Supervisor of Child Advocacy for a local recreation department. Additionally, he has contributed to mentorship programs supporting college-aged young adults. Marc is deeply committed to creating safe, welcoming spaces where clients feel comfortable and empowered to express themselves.
Erin D., Intern
Erin is a student intern from Rutgers University School of Social Work, currently pursuing her master's degree. Erin has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in Public Health from Rutgers University and hopes to apply this knowledge in her work as she pursues her future career. Erin has many years of service-oriented work experience where she has had the chance to foster welcoming environments and build meaningful relationships. She has a particular interest in working with adolescents and young adults but is eager to learn how to best serve all populations. Erin is passionate about advocating for inclusive and empathetic approaches. She hopes to positively contribute to improving individuals' mental health and well-being through cultivating a strengths-based approach.
Ken B, LMFT
Ken is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), who obtained his Masters of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Northcentral University. Ken has over two decades of experience working with children and adults that are dealing with significant Trauma, Autism Spectrum Disorders, Intellectual and Emotional challenges, and mental health issues that are both acute and chronic. He has had the opportunities of providing in-home ABA therapy, direct care and management in various group homes, an intensive outpatient unit, Mobile response, as an in-home therapist and outpatient settings. Ken utilizes a multidisciplined approach to meet the individual needs of those he supports. This is often a mix of Solution Focused, Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral, Play Therapies with an eye for how the family system is affected by the presenting issues. As a father of three children, he brings an understanding of the stress and joy that children bring into a family so that he can help support parents in their quest to give their child the care that is needed.
Ayesha A., Intern
Ayesha is a clinical intern and a master’s student in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Southern New Hampshire University, where she is working toward her degree and expects to graduate in May 2026. She holds an associates in Science from Rowan College of South Jersey and a bachelor’s degree in Biology with a minor in Psychology from Rowan University, graduating magna cum laude. Ayesha has experience working with young children, including those with diverse needs, through her volunteer work at Inspira and Jefferson Hospitals, where she developed patience, adaptability, and skills in effectively communicating with children to support their emotional and developmental growth. She believes that with the right support, everyone can heal from their traumas and reach their fullest potential, and that individuals benefit from guidance delivered with empathy, active listening, and encouragement. In her free time, Ayesha enjoys working out, spending time with her family and friends—especially her 10-year-old niece and one-year-old nephew—watching action, horror, or thriller movies, baking, and reading mystery novels.
Nicolle C, LSW
Nicolle is a licensed social worker (LSW) in the State of New Jersey. Nicolle earned her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Widener University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from LaSalle University. Nicolle has extensive experience in the behavioral health field working with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Nicolle offers an individualized approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual. Her theoretical orientation is integrative, incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, Family Systems Theory, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Practices. Nicolle’s focuses include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress management, adjustment disorders, self-esteem, emotion dysregulation, grief, and life transitions. Nicolle’s approach is strengths-based, supportive, non-judgmental, and focused on facilitating positive change.
Hailey F., LSW
Hailey is an active Licensed Social Worker in the state of New Jersey, who obtained her Master of Social Work degree from Rutgers University, as well as a certificate in Promoting Child & Adolescent Well-being. Hailey obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Childhood Studies from Rutgers University as well. Hailey has vast experience in the field of mental and behavioral health, with experience at outpatient settings, hospitals and schools with a range of clients from childhood to older adulthood. Hailey has experience working with children and adults with anxiety, autism, ADHD, adjustment disorders and more. Hailey offers a client-centered approach to her services, focusing on fostering the therapeutic relationship, building client’s strengths and goals, and creating a safe environment for her clients through the use of modalities such as CBT, motivational interviewing, play therapy, and mindfulness. Through these modalities, Hailey works towards educating and empowering her client’s to help them experience positive life changes and achieve their goals.
Stephanie L, LCSW
Stephanie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey. She is also a Lead 1 Supervisor for clinical interns at the Vineland office. Stephanie earned her Master of Social Work in Clinical Social Work from Rutgers University with a special focus on treating survivors of interpersonal violence and trauma. She earned her bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science from Wilmington University with added certifications in emotional intelligence and treating childhood abuse, maltreatment, and neglect. She considers herself a lifelong learner and continues to expand her knowledge and skill in order to be a competent and well-informed therapist for all her clients. Stephanie has experience working with adolescents and adults in individual, couple, family, and group therapy. She uses a client-focused, strength-based and trauma-informed approach to treatment and considers a wide range of therapeutic interventions to ensure the unique needs of each client are met. She strives to create a safe, supportive, and accepting environment for all clients so they can overcome any obstacle.
Olivia M, MA, MT-BC, NCC, LPC
Olivia is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) and certified Music Therapist (MT-BC). She received two Master of Arts degrees from the Music Therapy and Clinical Mental Health Counseling programs at Immaculata University and was a member of her programs’ honor societies. Olivia has several years of experience working with adults and adolescents in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric centers with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, self-harm, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders. Olivia practices a variety of counseling approaches, though focuses primarily on solution-focused and psychodynamic therapies. She views herself as a psychotherapist who utilizes music alongside verbal psychotherapy when appropriate, especially if clients require assistance finding words to express themselves. Olivia encourages humor and self-expression in her sessions to increase feelings of safety and authenticity with her clients.
Susannah M., LCSW
Susannah believes that the most essential component of therapy is the connection formed between therapist and client. She prides herself on her ability to build open, trusting, and judgment-free relationships with clients, while helping to develop coping skills and fortify personal strengths, in order to get through some of life's most challenging obstacles and transitions. She works with clients to increase confidence in their own abilities, and their capacity to heal, grow, and thrive in relationships with others, as well as themselves. She has an extensive history working with children and adolescents who have experienced trauma or emotional distress, as well as adults, couples, and families who are struggling with related issues. She is certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and is a certified clinical supervisor.

Debbie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has been working in the field for 15+ years. Debbie enjoys seeing individuals reach their goals, utilizing a Nurtured Heart approach in addition to a Strength Based approach. Debbie is a New Jersey approved clinical supervisor, certified Nurtured Heart trainer, in addition to specializing in Trauma Informed Care.
Louis S, LAC
Louis is a bilingual Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) with a master’s degree in Counseling at Stockton University. He completed his undergraduate degree in Psychology with distinction, having published research on depression, religion, and the Latino culture. He has experience working with adults (with and without developmental disabilities), adolescents, and children. Louis is a devout Christian whose work is informed by Existential Therapy, Logotherapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, spirituality and meaning-making. His work focuses on spirituality/spiritual issues, grief, depression, anxiety, life stressors, and couples. Louis considers himself a family man and enjoys traveling with his wife and daughter. He enjoys reading books on philosophy and theology, drawing, playing video games, watching anime, and building models.
Madison S, LAC
Madison graduated from Stockton University, where she obtained her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Madison graduated Cum Laude from Stockton University with her bachelor's degree in Psychology with a concentration in Mental Health. During her undergraduate studies, she assisted in research for Clinical Neuropsychology and was a teaching assistant shortly after graduating. Madison utilizes a multifaceted approach to therapy, including person-centered, REBT, and humanistic approaches to provide clients with unique and tailored services.
Abraham (Abe) V, LPC
Abe is a bi-lingual Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling at Stockton University. He has experience working with children, adolescents and adults who have struggled with anxiety, depression, cognitive distortions, adjustment difficulties, mood disorders, ADHD, ODD, at-risk youth and grief/loss. Abe adheres to an integrative approach that uses Existential therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered approaches in a way that acclimates to the presenting concerns of the clients before him. Abe believes in having a sense of purpose that can be developed from within- one that can serve as a buffer against the challenges faced at various stages of life. In his free time, Abe enjoys spending time with family, watching anime, playing sports and videogames.

Phillip is currently a student intern with Rutgers University and is pursuing his Master's degree in the School of Social Work. He is deeply committed to promoting mental health awareness. His approach is grounded in active listening, validation, values-based therapies and a dedication to meeting clients where they are. Through his work, he aims to help individuals achieve their mental health goals while contributing positively to the communities he serves. Sulmarie R., intern
Sulmarie is completing her internship at Total Family Solutions, where she provides support and care to clients from diverse backgrounds. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services with a minor in Spanish from Rowan University and is currently pursuing a Master of Social Work at Rowan. Sulmarie is committed to advancing equitable access to mental health services by addressing the complex needs of individuals and families with professionalism and empathy. Her background includes experience working with children and adolescents through mentoring, peer counseling, and care management. As a bilingual professional fluent in Spanish and English, she is dedicated to ensuring culturally responsive care and fostering meaningful therapeutic relationships.
Bob H, MA, LPC, CFP®
Bob earned his Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rowan University. Bob is also an ordained minister. Ordained in 2005 Bob’s focus has been helping families utilizing a client-centered approach working with Family Systems Theory. He has worked with adolescents and has volunteered in juvenile facilities. Bob main focus concentrates on couples and families specializing in generational trauma and using Emotionally Focused Therapy with a holistic approach treating mind, body, and spirit. Spirituality is a main focus in Bob’s practice. His theoretical style is a combination of Existential Therapy (purpose therapy), Attachment theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy and Positive Psychology.
Jessica L, LPC
Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters in mental health counseling from La Salle University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Skidmore College. She is also the Lead 1 Site Supervisor for interns at the Voorhees Total Family Solutions office. Jessica takes a collaborative approach to therapy and feels passionately about helping clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, their feelings, and their relationships with others. Working from an integrative, client-centered perspective, she incorporates techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and other evidence-based practices. While Jessica is most experienced in working with adolescents, she enjoys working with people of all ages. Most importantly, Jessica is dedicated to creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment for her clients throughout their unique paths of healing.
Amanda M, LSW
Amanda is a Licensed Social Worker from Rutgers University’s School of Social Work, where she earned her MSW degree, following her graduation from Rowan University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. Amanda has experience working alongside school faculty through her involvement in a South Jersey district climate team, focused on creating a more inclusive and safer environment for children within local school systems. Amanda has gained knowledge and experience assisting those who suffer from complications resulting from ADHD, OCD, PTSD, and general anxiety through her personal relationships, aiding in the process of becoming a mental health counselor. She has experience with the senior population, assessing and addressing issues of mental health that are associated with living in a long-term care facility, both for the residents and their families. This experience also provided opportunities for her to improve her ability to properly advocate for her patients. Amanda is excited to provide therapy to all populations including children, seniors, those struggling with bereavement, and couples. Amanda believes that, through therapy, exploring attachment and the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, while providing a safe environment to establish coping skills, is the most effective way to help her clients.
Glenn N, LPC
Glenn earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Montclair State University and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. Glenn graduated Summa Cum Laude from both institutions and was the recipient of the Jerome and Cindy Seidman Award for academic excellence in the Department of Psychology at Montclair State University. Glenn is a licensed professional counselor, certified through the National Board for Certified Counselors, and has over 15 years of experience working as a Care Manager for Camden County Partnership for Children under the Division of Child Health and Behavioral Services in New Jersey. Glenn utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, and elements of the humanistic approach and has experience treating depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, and grief.
Melanie P, LSW
Melanie is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a major in psychology and earned her master's in social work from Rutgers University. She has volunteered at the Princeton Child Development Institute and has worked as a clinical associate in homes, schools, and clinic-based settings. Melanie's unique background contributes to her ability to seamlessly tailor therapy across modalities for every client and now appreciates working with children, teens, adults, and older adults. She believes that finding our human connectedness during her sessions empowers individuals with tools to find the best version of themselves. In addition to having her social worker license, Melanie looks forward to earning her clinical license and supervising other therapists as they move forward in the field. She is a staunch believer in self-care, loves dogs, and reading.

As a therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, Ron's areas of specialization include adolescent issues, as well as treating adults and children with developmental disabilities. He has helped people overcome and surpass barriers caused by addiction as well as mental health difficulties Ron is a big believer in mindfulness and being strengths-based, and that the Nurtured Heart Approach can be used to help all ages. Teams and partnerships can overcome all obstacles and the therapeutic relationship is built on a similar basis of respect and support.
Yolise S, LSW
Yolise is a Licensed Social Worker who earned their Master of Social Work through Rutgers University. As a Latinx person and memaber the LGBTQ community, Yolise stresses the importance of affirming spaces within the therapeutic journey through culturally diverse practices, strength based and person-centered approaches . While often working with children, adolescents, and young adults, Yolise has experience working with adults. Yolise has a previous background with community organizing through working alongside Big Brothers Big Sisters. Whether working with those who experience challenges concerning mood disorders, gender/identity, personality disorders, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, etc., their goal is to support ownership of one's mental health through interconnectedness. With incorporating evidence-based practice of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy and more, Yolise hopes those they work with feel needs are met and will advocate for access to resources/adequate care. They also believe in holistic approaches surrounding mind-body connection and promote non-judgment and humor when working with individuals and groups. Yolise interest include reading, dancing, writing and binge-watching new shows/movies. Yolise hope for the future is to continue to create spaces and initiatives that promote social justice and that all have access to the mental health care needed and deserved.

Jenna is a Licensed Social Worker from Rutgers University’s School of Social Work, where she earned her MSW degree, following her graduation from Rowan University in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in Human Services and a minor in Sociology. Throughout her internships, she has experiences with human services planning committees, bringing awareness to schools & faculty about human trafficking, and working alongside adolescents with mental health issues. Jenna encourages self-determination and mental health advocacy with her clients.

Brianna is a Licensed Social Worker who earned a Master of Social Work degree from New York University. She has a Bachelor of Science in Family Science with a minor in Human Development from the University of Maryland. Brianna utilizes a Strengths-Based and Trauma-Informed approach to counseling, and strives to help clients identify their unique assets. She frequently incorporates Cognitive Behavioral techniques into therapy. Brianna enjoys working with individuals of all ages as well as couples and families. She aims to provide a safe and judgment-free space for all clients regardless of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, etc. Brianna focuses on cultivating a strong therapeutic relationship based on her authenticity, empathy, and sense of humor.

Nnaemeka is a Licensed Social Worker who obtained his master's degree in social work from Montclair State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from New Jersey City University. He has over two years of clinical experience working with adolescents, and adults, helping clients navigate life's challenges and improve their mental well-being. Glenn earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Montclair State University and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of the Cumberlands. Glenn graduated Summa Cum Laude from both institutions and was the recipient of the Jerome and Cindy Seidman Award for academic excellence in the Department of Psychology at Montclair State University. Glenn is a licensed professional counselor, certified through the National Board for Certified Counselors, and has over 15 years of experience working as a Care Manager for Camden County Partnership for Children under the Division of Child Health and Behavioral Services in New Jersey. Glenn utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, existential therapy, and elements of the humanistic approach and has experience treating depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, bipolar disorder, panic disorder, and grief.

Melanie is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a major in psychology and earned her master's in social work from Rutgers University. She has volunteered at the Princeton Child Development Institute and has worked as a clinical associate in homes, schools, and clinic-based settings. Melanie's unique background contributes to her ability to seamlessly tailor therapy across modalities for every client and now appreciates working with children, teens, adults, and older adults. She believes that finding our human connectedness during her sessions empowers individuals with tools to find the best version of themselves. In addition to having her social worker license, Melanie looks forward to earning her clinical license and supervising other therapists as they move forward in the field. She is a staunch believer in self-care, loves dogs, and reading.

As a therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, Ron's areas of specialization include adolescent issues, as well as treating adults and children with developmental disabilities. Yolise is a Licensed Social Worker who earned their Master of Social Work through Rutgers University. As a Latinx person and memaber the LGBTQ community, Yolise stresses the importance of affirming spaces within the therapeutic journey through culturally diverse practices, strength based and person-centered approaches . While often working with children, adolescents, and young adults, Yolise has experience working with adults. Yolise has a previous background with community organizing through working alongside Big Brothers Big Sisters. Whether working with those who experience challenges concerning mood disorders, gender/identity, personality disorders, PTSD, ADHD, anxiety, etc., their goal is to support ownership of one's mental health through interconnectedness. With incorporating evidence-based practice of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy and more, Yolise hopes those they work with feel needs are met and will advocate for access to resources/adequate care. They also believe in holistic approaches surrounding mind-body connection and promote non-judgment and humor when working with individuals and groups. Yolise interest include reading, dancing, writing and binge-watching new shows/movies. Yolise hope for the future is to continue to create spaces and initiatives that promote social justice and that all have access to the mental health care needed and deserved.
