We have openings for Intensive In-Community therapists (LPC, LCSW) across multiple counties, offering flexible, mission-driven work with youth and families in their homes.
Our Outpatient Therapist positions (LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, LAMFT) require at least one year of experience with youth in outpatient or in-home settings and familiarity with short-term, solution-focused modalities. Flexible scheduling available.
We are also hiring Advanced Practice Nurses for all outpatient sites. Candidates must hold an active NJ APN license and have 3–5 years of experience in mental health, preferably within a licensed outpatient setting.

Internship Opportunities
Total Family Solutions offers clinical internship placements for students looking to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, client-centered environment. Our interns work alongside experienced clinicians, learning short-term, solution-focused approaches while supporting children, teens, adults, and families across New Jersey.
